Our volume of sales primarily consists of our listing a client’s property for a cash out sale, seller carry back, or a tax deferred 1031 exchange. We do, however, have a second office handling sales and helping buyers find a suitable property for either investment or a live-in primary residence.
Many of our clients bring us properties that need to be put in order and then sold or traded.
